Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced English Instructor Trainer to lead the development and performance of our English instructors across multiple branches. The role focuses on delivering high-quality training sessions, conducting teaching demos, and ensuring consistent instructional standards across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing English instructors
- Conduct teaching demos and model best practices in the classroom
- Evaluate instructors’ performance through observations and assessments
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance teaching quality
- Ensure alignment with the company’s academic standards and teaching methodology
- Identify training needs and develop action plans for performance improvement
- Support branch operations by maintaining consistent teaching quality across all locations
- Collaborate with Academic Management to improve curriculum delivery and student experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Linguistics, or related field preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in English teaching/training
- Previous experience in training instructors / ToT
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to observe, evaluate, and give structured feedback
- Experience in conducting demos and practical training sessions
- Certifications such as CELTA / DELTA are a strong plus
