Role Description The English Instructor (Adults or Young Learners) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with CEFR standards and 4Level1’s communicative curriculum, for both adult learners and young learners as assigned. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, teaching classes, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will use a variety of teaching methods and educational technologies to support learner engagement, participate in training sessions, and collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent quality of instruction.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional skills in English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching.
- Background in Education and curriculum delivery, ideally in language programs.
- Clear and accurate English Writing skills for preparing materials, reports, and learner feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field (advanced qualifications or teaching certificates such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL are an advantage).
- Experience teaching adults and/or young learners in classroom settings, preferably aligned with CEFR standards.
- Ability to create inclusive, learner-centered lessons and manage diverse classrooms respectfully and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and learners.
- Comfort with using digital tools and educational platforms to support teaching and learner engagement.
