We are looking for a passionate, innovative, and learner-centred English Facilitator to join our ICSE Middle and High School team.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and facilitate engaging English Language and Literature lessons aligned with the ICSE curriculum.
• Foster strong reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills among learners.
• Design meaningful learning experiences that encourage inquiry, collaboration, and higher-order thinking.
• Assess learner progress through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into classroom practice.
• Build positive relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate actively in school events, professional development programmes, and collaborative planning.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English with a B.Ed.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in ICSE/ISC or a similar curriculum (Middle and/or High School preferred).
• Strong command of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• A growth mindset and a willingness to embrace continuous learning and innovation.
