Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site English Faculty role based in Trivandrum. The English Faculty member will design and deliver engaging sessions focused on communication skills, English language proficiency, and job-oriented verbal ability for students preparing for placements. Responsibilities include planning lesson modules, preparing teaching materials, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, and using assessments to track learner progress. The role involves mentoring students, providing feedback on performance, and adapting teaching approaches to diverse learning levels. The faculty member will also collaborate with other trainers and academic teams to align content with FACE Prep’s placement-focused curriculum and continuously improve training outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in English Teaching and Teaching, with proven classroom or training experience.
- Knowledge of English Literature and Literature to enrich lessons with relevant texts and examples.
- Experience or interest in Curriculum Development for English and communication-focused programs.
- Ability to simplify complex language concepts and train learners for placement tests, interviews, and group discussions.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
- Comfort with using digital tools, presentations, and online learning platforms to support teaching.
- Student-centric mindset, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to manage and motivate diverse learner groups.
