Role Description

The English Customer Service C1 role is a full-time hybrid position located in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The role involves providing high-quality customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering effective communication in English at an advanced proficiency level (C1). The selected candidate will also handle tasks related to communication, translation, and training as needed to improve client experience and internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1), with strong skills in Teaching and Communication
  • Demonstrated abilities in Translation and Customer Service
  • Experience with Training or coaching customer-facing teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to adapt to both office and remote work environments
  • Familiarity with telecommunication services is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
