Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English and Biology Facilitators based in Sirsa. The facilitators will plan, deliver, and assess lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum for relevant grade levels, ensuring that learning objectives are met. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, designing learning materials, conducting classroom sessions, guiding practical work in Biology, and supporting learners with differentiated instruction. Facilitators will monitor academic progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum implementation. The role also involves communicating regularly with learners and guardians, participating in school events and training sessions, and contributing to a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Training skills, with experience delivering Cambridge or similar international curricula.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with learners, guardians, and colleagues.
  • Candidates should possess Translation skills where needed to support understanding across languages and ensure clarity of educational materials.
  • Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Biology, Education, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Cambridge Assessment International Education standards and assessment practices.
  • Ability to use educational technology and digital tools to enhance teaching and learning.
  • Strong classroom management, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching and continuous professional development.
