Position: Oak Valley Health Emergency Education Leader

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training for clinical competencies
• Facilitate a safe environment for staff and patients
• Communicate effectively with nursing teams
• Conduct research to improve nursing education
• Collaborate with healthcare institutions for ongoing education
Requirements:
• CNO registration in good standing required
• Master’s degree in nursing with education focus preferred
• At least 5 years of Emergency clinical experience
• Proven expertise in adult education and mentoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
