What You’ll Do:
Build strong, supportive relationships with scholars and teachers alike.
Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging, differentiated instruction in whole-group, small-group, and individual settings.
Help scholars stay focused, motivated, and on track throughout the school day.
Support the classroom community by reinforcing expectations, managing materials, and helping organize activities.
Multitask like a pro — stepping into different roles as needed to keep classrooms running smoothly.
Collaborate with teachers and service providers to meet the unique needs of every scholar.

Pay: $20,000.00 – $28,000.00 per year
