Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Elementary School Teacher, based in Bāgmatī, Nepal. The teacher will develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, implement effective teaching strategies, and provide a nurturing classroom environment to facilitate students’ holistic growth. Other responsibilities include designing curricula in alignment with institutional and national standards, monitoring student progress, and maintaining positive communication with parents and guardians to support children's academic and personal development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
- Effective Teaching methods and techniques suitable for young learners
- Strong communication abilities to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- A background in Education, with a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Experience with International Baccalaureate (IB) programmes is an advantage
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Organizational and time management skills to handle classroom activities and responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in elementary teaching is highly desirable
