Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mesquite, TX, for an Elementary School Teacher. The teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging age-appropriate lessons, developing and implementing curriculum plans, assessing and reporting on student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with fellow educators, maintaining effective communication with students, parents, and administrators, and supporting student developmental and behavioral management to ensure a focus on learning.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education.
- Strong skills in Teaching with experience in delivering age-appropriate and compelling instructional materials.
- Effective Communication abilities to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Understanding and application of fundamental principles of Education as applicable to diverse learners.
- Possession of a valid teaching certification in Elementary Education in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain).
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment and supporting diverse student populations.
- Experience with classroom management and positive behavior reinforcement strategies is preferred.
- Passion for empowering students and enhancing their academic, social, and emotional growth.
