The Role
Learn And Explore Academy is seeking an exceptional Elementary STEM Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. We're looking for an educator who is passionate about hands-on, inquiry-based learning and can inspire students through engaging STEM experiences.
Working with students in Kindergarten through 5th grade, you'll design creative, project-based lessons and collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate STEM across the curriculum. Our interdisciplinary approach encourages students to think critically, solve real-world problems, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience preferred.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience using technology and data to enhance instruction.
- Ability to plan engaging, student-centered lessons.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
Compensation
Our salaries are highly competitive and based on an individual's skills and experiences relevant to the role. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package. Starting teachers salaries range from $65,000-$75,000, based on experience. Teachers receive funds for supplies and materials as well as a laptop computer.
