Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site teaching role based at our North York, ON location. The Elementary/Intermediate School Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons in Math and English to children in small group settings. Primary tasks include preparing lesson plans, following an established curriculum, assessing student progress, and creating a supportive and motivating learning environment. The teacher will also maintain open communication with parents and contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.
Qualifications
- Experience in Teaching and working with Elementary and Middle School students.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching Math and English is highly desirable.
- A passion for education and the ability to inspire young learners to excel academically.
