We are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional EFL Teachers to join our team at our campus in Paris. This is an exciting opportunity to teach international students in a vibrant, multicultural environment where our curriculum connects the classroom to real-world Parisian cultural experiences.
About the Role:
As an EFL Teacher, you will deliver engaging English language lessons to adult and/or young learners from diverse backgrounds. You will follow the English Path syllabus, focusing on communicative methodology and "edutainment" helping students build confidence through project-based learning and interactive sessions.
You will be part of a dynamic academic team dedicated to transforming lives through education, ensuring every student has a rewarding and high-quality learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the English Path syllabus.
- Ensure learning outcomes are achieved through effective communicative teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress.
- Integrate classroom technology and digital tools with creativity.
- Participate in regular CPD sessions and academic meetings.
- Support the academic team with placement testing and student orientation.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional campus environment.
Essential Skills & Experience:
✔ CELTA / CertTESOL (or equivalent recognized TEFL qualification).
✔ Bachelor’s degree (Level 6 equivalent).
✔ Legal right to work in France.
✔ Proven experience teaching English as a Foreign Language.
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
✔ Professional, proactive, and flexible approach.
Desirable:
⭐ Experience with Young Learners or teenagers.
⭐ Experience in international language school environments.
⭐ Ability to speak an additional language (French is a plus).
