About The Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you'll play an important role in creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, valued and inspired to learn.

Working alongside experienced educators and leaders, you'll help deliver high-quality educational programs that support children's development while building strong partnerships with families.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

An approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

A current Employee Working with Children Check

Current First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

Completion of Protecting Children – Mandatory Reporting and Other Obligations for the Early Childhood Sector

Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Education and Care Services National Regulations

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children
