Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi for an Educator at Acid Academy. The Educator will be responsible for planning lessons, delivering engaging and effective teaching sessions, tailoring content to meet diverse student needs, and mentoring students to help them achieve their educational goals. The role will also involve conducting training sessions, fostering an interactive learning environment, and maintaining clear and effective communication with students and the academic team.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Proficiency in Education techniques and Teaching methodologies
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal abilities
- Experience in delivering Training programs and facilitating interactive sessions
- Passion for fostering a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant specialization
- Previous teaching or academic experience is a plus
