About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced Educational Consultants to join our growing team of professionals dedicated to supporting schools, educators, students, and families. This role is ideal for individuals who love creating engaging content, facilitating workshops, and partnering with school communities to strengthen instructional practices and family-school connections.

Consultants will design and/or deliver high‑quality Family Engagement workshops and Professional Development sessions for K–12 schools. We are especially interested in educators with expertise in Mathematics, English Language Arts, STEAM, and behavioral/emotional support for children and teens.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and/or customize workshop content aligned to school or district needs
  • Facilitate engaging, interactive sessions for educators, school staff, and/or families
  • Present in-person or virtually using platforms such as Zoom, Teams, or Webex
  • Collaborate with our internal team to refine materials and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Provide practical strategies, tools, and resources that support student learning and well‑being
  • Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability throughout each engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in education, such as teaching, instructional coaching, counseling, or related roles
  • Expertise in one or more of the following:
  • Mathematics instruction
  • ELA/literacy development
  • STEAM education
  • Behavioral and emotional support for children and teens
  • Family engagement strategies
  • Professional Development strategies
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to create clear, accessible, and engaging workshop materials
  • Comfort working with diverse school communities
  • Reliable, organized, and responsive communication style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or related field
  • Experience presenting to educators, families, or community groups
  • Prior consulting, coaching, or PD facilitation experience
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus
