Position: Full-Time Educational Assistant at BrightPath

As a key member of our Bright Path team, you will focus on creating a nurturing environment for children with diverse learning abilities. This full-time role, free of evening and weekend hours, involves planning unique educational programs in collaboration with a certificated teacher. Your contributions will directly enhance both child development and family engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist children with diverse learning needs in the classroom
• Plan and implement tailored educational programs
• Communicate effectively with children and their families
• Collaborate with team members to enhance learning
• Document Individualized Program Plans and parent communications
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of childcare experience
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Meet provincial childcare employment requirements
