Position: Coordinator Role at Child Development Institute
Take the lead as Coordinator at CDI’s Early Learning Centre in Toronto. This role emphasizes operational support and quality care for children up to age four.
CDI is looking for a Coordinator for a 15-month maternity leave contract. You will assist the Director with day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Education and leveraging your AQI experience for performance monitoring. This is an excellent opportunity for those with a passion for early childhood education and hands-on leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director in staff recruitment and oversight
• Drive AQI process improvements for quality assurance
• Enforce compliance with education and health standards

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Hands-on childcare experience with AQI knowledge
