Bee Smart Education Center is looking for a full-time, dynamic, and results-driven instructor with a deep, specialized understanding of Accounting, alongside Economics and Business Studies. In this role, you will help students master complex quantitative and qualitative concepts. You will deliver highly personalized instruction focused on maximizing student scores on rigorous international board exams.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-impact, board-specific lessons (e.g., IGCSE, Cambridge, IB) that demystify complex Accounting, Business, and Economics principles and guide students through math-heavy problem solving.
  • Train students in crucial exam techniques (ledger formatting, essay structures, time management) and provide hands-on guidance for curriculum projects like the IGCSE Internal Assessment.
  • Track student performance through regular mock exams, specifically focusing on accuracy in quantitative accounting questions.
  • Provide clear, professional progress reports to both the center's management and parents, explaining technical progress in accessible terms.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles, breaking down abstract financial concepts for high school students who may be encountering them for the first time.
  • Develop proprietary practice question banks, specifically creating localized or relatable accounting case studies for the center.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree specifically in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a heavily quantitative Business discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome! Any prior experience teaching or mentoring in a private, group, or classroom setting is a great plus.
  • Able to commit to a full-time schedule: Monday–Friday (full-day) and Saturday (half-day) on our center.
  • Fluent English with the ability to translate dense, complex accounting and economic concepts into simple, engaging lessons.
  • Critical thinking skills and a sharp eye to quickly spot student calculation errors in financial statements and business materials.
  • Communicative, professional, and confident in discussing student academic progress and exam strategies with parents.
