Job Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Common Core curriculum framework, nurturing young learners during their foundational years.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Common Core standards for early childhood education.
- Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and development.
- Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and school activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood or primary education.
- Strong understanding of the Common Core curriculum standards.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage young children effectively.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to use educational technology tools for lesson planning and delivery.
