Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Early Years Qualified Teacher based in London. The teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, implementing innovative teaching methods, fostering positive learning environments, and tracking developmental progress. Working closely with the team and families, the role also includes designing activities that align with the curriculum and supporting children’s personal, emotional, and social development. Additionally, the teacher will contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives of Creative Explorers, ensuring consistent high-quality education.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing age-appropriate educational activities
  • Strong skills in Teaching and Education, with a passion for creating impactful learning experiences
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including collaboration with colleagues and parental engagement
  • Experience in Training and mentoring staff to support team development
  • Relevant qualifications, such as EYFS or early childhood education certifications
  • A proactive approach to professional development and commitment to best practices in early years learning
  • Understanding of health and safety guidelines within an early years setting
