Key Responsibilities
- Class delivery & preparation:
- Prepare for and conduct engaging classes as per the schedule shared by Openhouse.
- Deliver sessions across communication, movement, STEM, music, and art using Openhouse's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
- Create a warm, safe, and joyful classroom where every child feels encouraged to participate.
- Adapt activities to suit different learning styles while maintaining the objectives of each session.
- Share feedback with the curriculum team to continuously improve classroom experiences.
- Adhere to all organisational policies and teaching standards.
- Student learning & development:
- Observe each child's participation, confidence, creativity, and overall development during classes.
- Track student progress regularly and maintain simple, meaningful records.
- Complete monthly progress reports with personalised, honest, and constructive feedback for every child.
- Support children in building communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills through play-based learning.
- Parent & stakeholder interaction:
Build positive relationships with parents by sharing regular updates on their child's progress.
Interact with trial parents and visitors during workshops and centre events.
Support the centre team by providing inputs that help prospective families understand the learning experience.
- Events, showcases & workshops:
- Plan and conduct fun student showcases and classroom celebrations throughout the year.
- Prepare children for performances, exhibitions, and centre events that celebrate their learning journey.
- Attend and actively participate in centre events, weekly meetings, and mandatory training sessions.
- Conduct workshops and special sessions, whenever scheduled, to create memorable experiences for children and families.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the curriculum and centre teams to ensure a consistently high-quality classroom experience.
- Contribute ideas to make classes more engaging, interactive, and joyful.
- Be an active member of a collaborative team that is passionate about early childhood education.

- Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
