**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team to teach our Two year old classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education, with a focus on fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
**Responsibilities:**
– Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth
– Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration
– Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children
– Monitor and assess student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met
– Collaborate with parents to support each child’s individual needs and development
– Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior
**Experience:**
– Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
– Knowledge of child welfare practices and standards
– Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment
– Ability to effectively educate young children in various areas
– Excellent communication skills to interact with kids, parents, and colleagues
