Your Focus:
- Designing the concept of play activities and class curriculum for early childhood
- Preparing lesson plans/teaching materials and provide briefings/training to the operational team
- Managing reports and documentation on the evaluation of the implementation of play/class activities
- Managing budget and procurement of materials for play/class/event activities
- Collaborate with other teams to prepare collaboration concepts and proposals for events and other initiatives
- Conduct periodic evaluations, conduct research, and provide input for program and curriculum development as well as playing experience on BUUMI
Attribute:
- Minimum bachelor degree in education, preferably from the Department of Psychology or Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Active English and able to operate system
- Experience teaching or handling early childhood (0-10 years) will be preferred
- Interested in early years development
- Have good communication and leadership skills
