As part of our team, you will support children aged 0 to 4 years through a deep understanding of early childhood development. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about CCEYA regulations and familiar with How Does Learning Happen?
Your role will involve developing partnerships with parents and the broader community while demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide children’s development with tailored educational approaches
• Build relationships with families and community partners
• Ensure compliance with CCEYA and early learning standards
• Facilitate communication regarding children’s development
• Team up with colleagues to support educational goals
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Active CECE registration in good standing
• Certification in Standard First Aid and CPR-C
• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Experience working with young children
