Lindbergh’s Little Academy, a preschool dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator. We are committed to creating a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for our young learners ages 0-5.
We are currently looking to fill an open position as a Float Teacher.
We are looking for a qualified professional who:
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of early childhood development
- Is passionate about early childhood education (CDA/ECE degree preferred))
- Is proficient in implementing curriculum and creating engaging lesson plans
- Values a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Maintains a warm and organized classroom
- Is CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Is committed to learning and implementing Conscious Discipline practices
- Actively participates in family engagement events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create and maintain a positive, organized learning environment.
- Provide individualized care and support for each child’s well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents and actively engage them.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and address diverse needs.
- Maintain required certifications, including CPR/First Aid.

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
