Role Description The Early Childhood Educator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities that support early childhood development in a safe and nurturing environment. The educator will engage with children through play-based learning, creative projects, and structured routines, while promoting social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Daily responsibilities include observing and documenting children’s progress, maintaining classroom organization, communicating with parents or caregivers, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent care and educational standards. The role also involves following relevant health, safety, and hygiene practices and participating in staff meetings and training sessions.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and experience Working With Children.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development and the ability to design age-appropriate learning activities.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to develop engaging, play-based and educational experiences.
- Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage classroom routines, learning materials, and documentation effectively.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues, and to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
- Prior experience in a preschool, daycare, or early learning center in Bengaluru or similar settings is an advantage.
