About the Role:
We are looking for a thoughtful, intuitive, and out-of-the-box educator to work with a toddler in a home-based learning environment. This is not a traditional teaching role — it’s about nurturing curiosity, independence, and natural learning.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Strong ability to encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking
Patient, observant, and emotionally intelligent approach
Ability to adapt learning based on the child’s interests
Comfortable working without rigid traditional curricula
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to build trust and a natural connection with the child
Teaching Approach:
Child-led and curiosity-driven learning
Focus on exploration, thinking, and understanding
Encouraging expression, independence, and confidence
Using play, conversation, and real-life experiences as learning tools
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with toddlers (mandatory)
Fluency in English
Availability for 2–3 hours per day
Ability to commute to Dubai or Marrakesh
