Role Description
As an Educator at Dreamland Early Learning Centre, you'll deliver a curriculum guided by the Australian Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), fostering each child's learning, wellbeing, and holistic development through purposeful play, meaningful relationships, and engaging learning experiences.
Whether you're an experienced educator or just starting your career, what matters most to us is your passion for working with young children, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. As part of our founding team, you'll be supported by experienced mentors while gaining valuable hands-on experience in an Australian-guided early learning environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about working with young children
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience in an early childhood setting is an advantage, but not essential for trainee applicants
- Positive, caring and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural team
- Committed to providing high-quality care and education
