🎯 Main Responsibilities
• Plan and implement appropriate learning activities for children with special needs based on their individual needs.
• Apply early intervention strategies to support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and motor development.
• Collaborate with therapy teams (e.g., Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists) to ensure the consistent implementation of intervention plans.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress and prepare periodic progress reports.
🎯 Qualifications & Traits We’re Looking For:
🔹 Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Special Education
🔹 Experience with special needs children is an added advantage
🔹 Caring, creative, and passionate about teaching
🔹 Strong communication and teamwork skills
🔹 Knowledge of therapy-based teaching methods (e.g. Montessori) is a bonus!
