We’re Hiring: ECCE Trainer – Teacher Training & Academic Support
📍 Location: Lahore (with travel to outstation schools)
🕒 Timing: Full-Time (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM + training-based flexibility)

We’re hiring a passionate ECCE Trainer who can conduct school-based training sessions and provide academic support to teachers using our books and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
🏫 1. School-Based Teacher Training:
• Conduct training sessions in partner schools (in Lahore & outstation cities)
• Train teachers on Montessori & ECCE-based teaching methods
• Explain effective use of our books, activity designs, and learning outcomes
• Demonstrate model lessons, classroom routines, and activity-based learning techniques
• Share best practices in classroom management, child observation, and feedback techniques
2. Academic Content Familiarity:
• Have strong command over SNC (Single National Curriculum) and ECCE guidelines
• Understand developmental milestones, age-wise learning needs, and thematic planning
• Ability to interpret and explain curriculum content to non-academic teachers in simple ways
• Train teachers on lesson planning, monthly progress tracking, and student assessments
3. Communication & Coordination:
• Coordinate with schools for scheduling and follow-up sessions
• Provide detailed feedback reports after every training
• Address concerns raised by teachers regarding implementation
• Support marketing & sales teams by showcasing academic value of books during school visits
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education / ECCE / Child Psychology
• 4+ years of experience in preschool or early years training
• Strong understanding of SNC, ECCE, and age-appropriate pedagogy
• Confidence in public speaking and teacher engagement
• Knowledge of 21st-century skills and how to integrate them
• Fluency in Urdu & Basic English (to train in both languages)
• Confidently lead a room full of teachers with clarity and empathy
• Willingness to travel (within city & outstation)
