We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well:established three:form entry primary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest , for a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026 on a permanent basis .

This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a supportive and collaborative school environment with strong leadership and a clear commitment to staff development.

The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for a class within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 , delivering engaging and well:structured lessons that support pupils academic progress and personal development. As part of a three:form entry school , you will benefit from shared planning, strong year group support, and opportunities to collaborate with experienced colleagues.

The school offers a structured ECT induction programme , including mentoring from experienced teachers and ongoing professional development to help you build confidence and develop your classroom practice.
