Role Description The DIWA Training Opportunity at Taj Hotels in Colombo is a full-time, on-site role focused on developing hospitality talent through structured learning and hands-on experience. The role involves supporting the design and delivery of training programs for hotel team members, including onboarding sessions, service standards workshops, and skills enhancement initiatives. Daily tasks include coordinating training schedules, preparing training materials, facilitating or co-facilitating sessions, and tracking attendance and learning outcomes. The individual will collaborate closely with department heads to identify development needs, ensure training content reflects Taj’s service philosophy, and help maintain consistent guest service standards. The role also includes collecting feedback from participants, assisting with reporting on training effectiveness, and contributing to continuous improvement of the learning experience.
