Role Description
As a District Resource Person at DEVI Sansthan, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and promoting the ALfA pedagogy within Seppa. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will oversee training programs, coordinate resources, and provide support to educators and stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, managing resources effectively, analyzing program outcomes, and maintaining clear communication with participants and partners to ensure successful program execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate program data and assess outcomes
- Effective Communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and convey ideas clearly
- Customer Service expertise to provide support and address the needs of program participants
- Experience with Resource Management to oversee materials and logistical requirements
- Proficiency in Training and facilitating sessions for educators and stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site in Seppa and adapt to the local environment
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related fields is preferred
- Experience in the education sector, particularly in implementing literacy or numeracy programs, is a plus
