Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malta, OH, for a Director of Studies. The Director of Studies will oversee the development and implementation of effective curricula and lesson plans, ensure high-quality educational standards, and provide training and guidance to teaching staff. Responsibilities also include reviewing and improving teaching strategies, researching educational trends, and ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning
- Strong background in Education and Training
- Experience in conducting and applying research to enhance educational outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
