This pivotal leadership role demands an MD with a preference for a Master’s in a relevant discipline. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the integration of case-based learning and other innovative teaching methodologies into the GHC curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the curriculum design for GHC 1

• Develop, assess, and refine learning objectives

• Collaborate with faculty on learning experiences

• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards

• Advocate for student accommodations and learning support
Requirements:

• MD required;
Master’s degree preferred

• Proven experience in curriculum design and assessment

• Background in primary care practices

• Strong understanding of EDI initiatives in education

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
