Taipei Youth Program Association (TYPA) – Taipei, Taiwan
TYPA is seeking an experienced and thoughtful educational leader to oversee Tiger Tots, our long-established international early years program in Taipei, Taiwan.
Tiger Tots serves children from approximately 18 months through Kindergarten and is part of the broader Taipei Youth Program Association (TYPA), a non-profit organization serving the international community through educational, recreational, sports, and enrichment programs.
This is a leadership role with both educational and operational responsibilities. The Director works closely with the TYPA Managing Director and administrative team to support program quality, staff development, parent communication, enrollment growth, and the day-to-day operations of the school.
The role includes oversight across multiple sites and involves managing teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff within a collaborative international environment.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in Early Childhood Education
- Has leadership or management experience within a preschool or early years setting
- Understands the importance of staff culture and parent relationships
- Is organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing educational leadership with operational realities
- Values teamwork, professionalism, and continuous growth
- International experience is welcomed but not required.
