Job Purpose
The Dental Trainer Associate supports the development of clinical competencies by assisting in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of dental training programs for dentists and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in preparing and delivering dental training programs (theoretical & practical)
- Support clinical skill development for dentists, dental nurses, and related teams
- Help develop training materials, modules, and SOPs based on clinical standards
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant attendance
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and collecting feedback
- Stay updated on the latest dental techniques, materials, and best practices
- Work closely with Dental Trainers, Clinical Leaders, and Talent Team
Requirements :
- Background in Dentistry / Dental Nursing / related dental field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in clinical dental practice or training support (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong interest in training, education, and knowledge sharing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Willing to travel for training sessions if needed
