Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates are expected to be knowledgeable in their respective specializations, provide academic support to students, assist in conducting practical sessions, and contribute to the overall teaching and learning environment within the Faculty of Arts & Design.

Technical Skills

  • A strong understanding and command of technical concepts and theories related to their respective specializations.
  • Possess practical skills and expertise in conducting laboratory experiments and demonstrations.
  • Strong technical writing skills to assist in the preparation of reports, research papers, and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills in English, which is the teaching language.
  • Good management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and motivate others.
  • An interest in working collaboratively within RST University and with external partners towards the development of shared projects.
