The Dean of the School of Business will provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership to advance the School’s teaching, research, executive education, industry engagement, and global visibility. The role requires a visionary academic leader with strong management acumen, a record of scholarly excellence, and the ability to build partnerships with industry, alumni, and academic networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the academic vision, strategy, and growth of the School of Business.
- Strengthen undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education programs.
- Promote high-impact research, publications, grants, consulting, and thought leadership.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain high-quality faculty and academic leaders.
- Drive curriculum innovation aligned with industry trends, digital transformation, and future-of-work needs.
- Build strong relationships with corporate partners, alumni, professional bodies, and accreditation agencies.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, quality assurance, and institutional effectiveness.
- Foster an inclusive, ethical, and student-centered academic culture.
- Represent the School at national and international forums.
Qualifications and Experience
- PhD in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Significant academic leadership experience, preferably at the level of Professor/Associate Dean/Dean.
- Strong record of research, publications, and institutional leadership.
- Experience in accreditation, program development, and external engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and with industry stakeholders.
