Eligibility
- Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Distinguished academic record with significant teaching, research, and administrative experience.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in higher education, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Dean, Associate Dean, Director, or Head of Department.
- Strong publication record in reputed journals, experience in research funding, accreditation, curriculum development, and faculty mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the School of Liberal Arts.
- Foster excellence in teaching, research, innovation, and interdisciplinary learning.
- Lead curriculum design in line with NEP 2020 and global academic standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty while promoting academic excellence.
- Strengthen research culture, industry collaborations, and international partnerships.
- Oversee accreditation, quality assurance, budgeting, and academic governance.
- Enhance student success, employability, and holistic development.
- Build collaborations with industry, government, alumni, and academic institutions to strengthen the school's reputation.
