Job Summary
La Mere Academy is looking for a loving, enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children, creating a fun learning environment, and making a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities
- Implement curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide attentive care and supervision for children
- Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
- Encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable and responsible
- Childcare or teaching experience preferred (not required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
