Neso Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Data Structures and Algorithms Instructor to join its growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and delivering engaging, high-quality educational content for learners from diverse academic backgrounds who are preparing for examinations, technical interviews, and placements.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging recorded and live lectures on Data Structures and Algorithms, covering topics such as Arrays, Linked Lists, Stacks, Queues, Trees, Graphs, Hashing, and more.
- Explain DSA concepts in a clear and structured manner, progressively building learners’ understanding from fundamental concepts to advanced problem-solving techniques.
- Teach learners both semester-oriented DSA curriculum and industry-focused problem-solving skills required for coding interviews, internships, placements, and competitive programming.
- Create teaching materials, including presentations, coding examples, assignments, practice sheets, quizzes, competitive programming problems, and interview-focused problem sets.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/B.E.), Freshers are also eligible to apply.
- A strong understanding of DSA fundamentals.
- Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly, concisely, and effectively to learners at varying levels of knowledge.
