Collaborating closely with Medical Directors and using your project management skills, you’ll ensure that educational initiatives align with departmental goals. Your efforts will include maximizing the effectiveness of the UBC CPD Moodle Learning Management System.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design and implementation of educational programs
• Establish communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Optimize learning management system use and updates
• Manage budgets and funding proposals for new projects
• Implement program evaluation and improvement strategies
Requirements:
• Master’s in Education; six years related experience
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Familiarity with learning technologies and project management
• Experience in developing educational curricula
• Passion for equity and inclusion in educational settings
