We are looking for a creative and passionate professional to design high-quality, skills-based learning experiences for students across grade levels. The role focuses on developing engaging, student-centred content aligned with 21st-century skills and curriculum goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and develop skill-based curriculum across subjects and grades
- Create lesson plans, teaching resources, and learning materials
- Ensure alignment with learning outcomes and program frameworks
2. Instructional Design & Pedagogy
- Integrate 21st-century skills (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication)
- Apply student-centred approaches to enhance engagement
- Design inquiry-based and real-world connected learning experiences
3. Research & Content Quality
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Maintain clarity, structure, and high instructional quality
- Improve content based on feedback and best practices
4. Creativity & Engagement
- Develop innovative and interactive learning strategies
- Design differentiated and inclusive learning experiences
- Ensure content is accessible for diverse learners
5. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate with Curriculum Managers, Instructional Designers, and Training teams
- Contribute to brainstorming and co-creation processes
- Demonstrate ownership, adaptability, and openness to feedback
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in curriculum development, content creation, or teaching
- Strong writing, research, and communication skills
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and learning materials
- Understanding of student-centred learning and 21st-century skills
- Collaborative mindset with a positive and growth-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent
- Experience in teaching fellowships or curriculum-based programs
- Prior experience in K–12 education systems
