What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying patterns in student reading and writing performance through AI analysis, converting these discoveries into innovative strategies that transform English language instruction and literary analysis.
- Building AI-driven tools that respond to diverse learning styles, rendering grammar intuitive, vocabulary acquisition engaging, and literary analysis approachable for students across all proficiency levels.
- Developing adaptive learning pathways that adjust in real-time, supporting students from phonics through the interpretation of complex texts, ensuring every learner advances at the most effective pace.
- Working alongside a multidisciplinary team of educators, linguists, and AI specialists to expand the possibilities of language education, directly shaping the learning experience of thousands of students.
- Converting classic and modern literature into interactive, AI-enriched experiences that both educate students and kindle their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

- Overseeing traditional English curriculums or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic enhancement of language arts instruction and learning within our accelerated framework.
- Operating independently—you'll join our collaborative team advancing the frontiers of AI in English education.
- Concentrating exclusively on theory—each AI model you create will directly influence how students comprehend and utilize language skills in practical contexts, all within the 2 Hour Learning system.
Curriculum Designer Key Responsibilities
Deliver quantifiable improvements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and deployment, as evidenced by a 2x acceleration in skill acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning using the LLM APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
