Position: Creative Learning Assistant for Young Children
Support young learners as a Creative Learning Assistant. Foster child development through imaginative programs that emphasize emotional and physical growth.
This full-time position involves collaborating with educators to implement programs that nurture children’s social, cognitive, and artistic skills. You’ll prepare materials for activities, encourage children to express their creativity, and monitor individual progress to address learning needs effectively. Engaging with children in diverse activities will be key to creating an enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist educators in executing developmentally appropriate programs
• Encourage creative expression through arts and crafts
• Prepare healthy snacks and set up classroom areas
• Observe and report on children’s development and challenges
• Participate in staff discussions on child progress
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary school is necessary
• 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Passion for fostering a positive learning environment
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
