Role Description The Corporate Trainer at SiberWander will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that build knowledge and skills related to cloud cyber security, company products, and internal processes. This full-time on-site role, based in Indonesia, involves facilitating classroom-style and workshop-based sessions for employees, partners, and clients, both technical and non-technical. The trainer will create and update training materials, such as presentations, manuals, e-learning content, and assessments, ensuring they reflect current product features and industry best practices. Daily responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, coordinating training schedules, tracking participant progress, and providing feedback to improve performance and learning outcomes. The Corporate Trainer will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align training content with business goals and support onboarding and continuous development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional design and corporate training skills, including curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and adult learning methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing and cyber security concepts, with the ability to explain technical topics in clear, accessible language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage diverse audiences and manage group dynamics.
- Experience creating training assets such as slide decks, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules, with attention to clarity and structure.
- Proficiency in using common office and collaboration tools (e.g., presentation software, LMS platforms, video conferencing tools).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of coordinating multiple training programs and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to gather feedback, analyze training outcomes, and adjust content or methods to improve effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, learning and development specialist, or similar role, ideally within technology or cyber security.
- Professional fluency in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly beneficial for local delivery and stakeholder communication.
