The Role Coordinator of Learning (Art)
- Lead and develop the Art curriculum across the department.
- Deliver engaging, creative, and high-quality Art lessons that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Support and mentor colleagues within the department to drive outstanding teaching and learning.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to raise attainment and achievement.
- Promote the school’s ethos, values, and commitment to excellence.
- Attend and contribute to departmental and whole-school meetings.
- Play an active role in the strategic development of the Art department.

Essential Requirements Coordinator of Learning (Art)

- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Must have experience teaching Art.
- Leadership experience is desirable.
- Must be available to work full-time.
