Position: Coordinator for Medical Education at NOSM U

Lead key administrative functions for NOSM University’s residency programs as a Postgraduate Coordinator. This position involves complex duties to enhance medical education in Northern Ontario.
Reporting to the PGME Office Manager, you will coordinate processes and communication that shape the residency training experience.
Your role will include supporting project development and ensuring compliance with provincial and national standards. A solid foundation in educational administration and a minimum of three years’ experience in a relevant field will be your assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate PGME office core processes and systems
• Support fellowship training program operations
• Manage PGME office communications and calendars
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards
• Develop training sessions for PGME staff
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree required
• At least three years of related experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to accommodate varying work hours
